Chicken tenders are a favorite of many people. They are breaded and fried so they are not considered to be a healthy food. There are easy healthy chicken tender recipes that make this treat healthier and contain less fat.
To make these healthier chicken tenders the following ingredients are needed:
1 ½ lb boneless chicken breasts ,cut into strips
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbs. oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Mix all of the dry ingredients. Spray the chicken with the cooking spray and dip in the dry ingredient mixture. Fully coat the chicken. Put the chicken strips on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. The chicken should be golden brown in color.
These chicken strips will come out crunchy and have a lot of flavor. They will have less fat, calories, and few carbohydrates then chicken then has been breaded in flower and deep fried.
